Juniper Homecare provides continuum of care for CT senior citizens throughout the state. We offer homemaker and companion services, personal and skilled nursing care, gourmet meals delivery program, four adult day centers (Elmwood. New Britain, Hamden, Hartford) and Adult Family Living - caregiving services where we offer a nurse supervision, education and monetary compensation to the family members or friends for caring for their loved one (must reside under one roof).
