Our signature Quest program adapts to the changing needs
of leaders. In 2022, the Quest program will host in-person
experiences and trainings that will challenge the next
generation of Hartford leaders with workshops including
Flexible & Agile Leadership, Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion, and Leadership Presence.
Additionally, this experience will provide leaders with
connections during a time of extreme disconnect. For our
