It started with a quest for a better pizza

Well, actually, Oath Pizza started in a tiny seaside shop on Nantucket Island out of an obsession to craft a pizza as feel-good as the island it was born on. And all great pizza must start with a great crust. Made with real ingredients, hand-stretched, grilled, and seared in avocado oil, we perfected our recipe.

We cooked pizzas until we ran out and made dough through the night to keep up with the lines of locals and tourists. Turns out, pizza made with better ingredients ...well, tastes better.

So we took the Better Pizza Oath - to help people eat better without giving up the foods they love. To inspire happiness in our communities from the first bite to the last.
