Gili Yalo performs a rich medley of contemporary soul, funk, psychedelic rock and traditional Ethiopian music, drawing inspiration frim his experiences as an Ethiopian Jew who fled Sudan in 1984 and re-settled in Israel. The expression of his story through a modern, cutting-edge music production, represents his own personal triumph.
