Join us for a deeply restorative and uplifting experience in support of the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women.
Stress management is a path to heart health. This two-hour wellness event is designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and elevate your spirit—all while raising awareness and funds for heart health.
Snacks and Tea will be shared.

- Gratitude Meditation – Using the heart center for love and gratitude, cultivate a sense of appreciation and emotional well-being through mindful reflection.
- Journaling - to put words to the thoughts, feelings and intentions that arise.
This event welcomes anyone looking to reduce stress, find inner peace while supporing a cause that educates and SAVES LIVES!
What to bring:
A mat, blanket, and anything else you need for your comfort while meditating. Chairs will be available.
